NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of youthLEADarts Inc (the “Corporation”) is called for and will be held electronically via Zoom videoconferencing on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026, 4 pm (ET).
Via ZOOM for the following purposes:
AGENDA
- Approval of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Corporation held on March 31st, 2025.
- Receipt & consideration of the Annual Report of the Directors for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2025.
- Receipt & consideration of the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2025.
- Appointment of Matthew Wise CPA as Accountant for the year ending November 30, 2026.
- Report of the Chairman.
- Report of the President.
- Election of the Board of Directors (See Appendix A).
